For the Toyota Prius, the hybrid battery is a key part of the vehicle’s efficiency and performance. It works together with the gasoline engine to deliver excellent fuel economy, smooth power delivery, and quiet electric operation.

This high-voltage Nickel-Metal Hydride (NiMH) battery is located in the rear of the vehicle and recharges automatically while driving, especially during braking. No plug-in is needed. It’s built for long service life, but over time the battery can weaken and affect performance.

Common signs of a failing battery include warning lights on the dashboard, reduced MPG, and loss of power. We offer professional hybrid battery replacement with installation included at our shop to ensure proper and safe installation.
